Private documents

Lease files use private storage and short-lived signed links for authorized people.

AI remains assistive

AI summaries and recommendations may be incomplete. Managers review consequential actions before anything changes.

No real money movement

Current payment screens are simulations. MySunny does not hold rent or act as a bank or merchant of record.

Operational accountability

Access grants, invitations, and important management decisions are recorded in organization audit history.

Data responsibility

MySunny collects property operations data only to provide the service. Production retention and deletion terms will be finalized before launch.

Prototype terms

This prototype is provided for evaluation and pilot testing. It is not accounting, legal, tax, emergency, or financial advice.

Do not rely on MySunny for emergency response. Tenants should call emergency services or the property’s emergency contact when people or property are in immediate danger.

AI output must be verified against leases, local requirements, and professional judgment. Managers remain responsible for decisions and tenant communications.

Real payment processing is not connected. Any balances, cards, ACH choices, receipts, or payment statuses shown are simulated test data.
